Good afternoon Cava Families!
I just wanted to inform you all that I am working on work samples, report cards, and power conferences this week and next. While my emails may be less this week, I am still available for you if you need any assistance with anything. Most of you have signed up for your student’s Power Conference/Work Sample turn in time slot, however, some have not. If you do not see your name on the list attached please let me know when you are available. The end of the semester is January 17th and the slots available on the attached document are the only times I am available at this point for physical appointments. I had many appointment opportunities available prior to vacation but no sign ups were made.
Please note that due to work sample deadlines coming up next week, time slots are limited. As work samples/power conferences are completed, report cards are being created.
If I have not met with you and your student, please ensure that you have ALL required samples, additional assignments, and PE logs completed and met. Also, when placing your heading on each paper, please ensure that the subject and unit/lesson # is included as it is difficult to track which lesson is being completed if this is not provided. Additionally, please ensure that your student is not labeling their heading with a random date but a date that matches the date it was completed on the online school.
