Welcome to our new blog page! This blog was created to help organize all of the emails that come from me related to Cava/K12. I will be using this blog as an additional means to communicating with my class. I will still use kmail and my caliva address (once it starts working), however, this blog will keep all information organized by topic/month. Also, I have provided a link towards the bottom right that holds documents that have once been emailed out. Enjoy!

Winter Celebration Competition

CAVA Families,

As we speed through November and head towards December it’s time to start thinking about upcoming seasonal celebrations. This year K¹² invites you to participate in their annual Winterland Celebration.

Participation can be done through a virtual gingerbread contest, or through an essay contest; participating essays will answer the question: “What is your favorite winter memory?” Winning submissions will be awarded prizes that include trophies and K¹² prize packs!

Please read the attached rules for entry requirements and submission guidelines. All entries must be submitted no later than 7:00pm (PST) on Wednesday, December 12, 2012; no entries will be accepted after that time. We look forward to seeing what you come up with!
