Dear Cava Families!
Now is a good time to be thinking about work samples that you may want to submit for Quarter 2. Although Quarter 2 ends January 17th, we definitely do not want to wait until then! J Remember you will need a sample from Math, Language (any section), Science, and History. Please note that although samples from Art or Music will not be collected, I may request them to see how things are going. In addition, please be aware that quarter work samples are NOT the only time I will ask to see your work. I will also drop you a kmail once in awhile to check on your academics via that route.
As long as your are working on your assignments (both online and offline) DAILY, gathering work samples at any time, will not be a problem. Please refer to the Middle School Grading Scale to ensure you are on the right track as far as expectations to earn an A. If work samples are not turned in, a D will be issued.
