Good morning families!
I just wanted to send out a reminder to you all that I will be in Manteca this Wednesday the 20th at Woodward Park for your student to turn in their work samples if you wish. If you are not going to be attending, please have your work samples in the mail by this Friday, March 22nd as the end of the quarter is the following week. It is always good to have your samples in early to ensure we have all areas covered as to what is due. Please don’t forget to turn in the “additional assignment” as well. This piece is NOT an extra work item they have to do but one that was already assigned to them (a final composition) and I am merely collecting it. If you have been with Cava since the beginning, the following compositions will be due:
6th Grade Composition (Intermediate Language Skills A):
Composition: Assignment #46, final draft due to your teacher by March 8, 2013
(Unit 5 Lesson 17 – Research Report)
7th Grade Composition (Intermediate Language Skills B):
Composition: Assignment #41, final draft due to your teacher by March 8, 2013
(Unit 8 Lesson 8 – Fictional Narrative)
8th Grade Composition (Literary Analysis and Composition):
Composition: Assignment #6, final draft due to your teacher by March 8, 2013
(Unit 5 Lesson 12 – Research Report)
