Study Island Issue

Good afternoon families!

 

Over the past few weeks, we have heard word of Study Island providing issues to families.  The main issue has been when students master their blue ribbons and then never receive the ribbon or the results show something other than what was earned originally.  Some of you have contacted me about this and I will go in and look at those.  In the past week, again, I’ve heard of this and when looked into, the blue ribbon later showed up.  Although this may not be the issue, please ensure you are using Firefox as Internet has been providing a ton of issues.
