Monday's CST testing site info - MODESTO ASSIGNMENT

CALIFORNIA STATE TESTING STARTS Monday, April 22^nd

 

Where: Modesto Calvary Chapel

4300 American Ave., Modesto, CA 95356 (faces Pelandale Ave.)

 

When:   April 22, 23, 25 and 26^th.  No testing on the 24^th.

 

Time:      Check In – 8:45a.m.

 

Students assigned to Modesto:

Austin, Kali, Sarah, Rachel, Tyler, Dallas, Sabrina, Quentin, Benny, Kendall

 

 

 

 

Expectations for Testing

 

Parents are expected to…

! Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the testing start time.

! Walk your student(s) to the sign-in table.  (You cannot just drop your student off at the curb.)

! Have driver consent form filled out if someone other than the parent is picking up your student. (attached form)

! Sign your student in and leave a phone number where you can be reached in case of emergency.

! Pick your student(s) up promptly.

! You must sign your student out of the testing site.  (You cannot call him/her from the car to come out.)

! Parents are welcome to remain on site.  However, they are not allowed to be in the same testing room as their student(s) due to State testing regulations.

! If for any reason there is a problem and you cannot make your student’s assigned testing session, please call your teacher ASAP!

 

Students are expected to……

! Get a good night’s sleep.

! Eat a nutritious breakfast.

! Do their best and take the test seriously.

! Be quiet during testing.

! Raise hands for questions.

! Remain seated until all students have finished.

! Bring a book to read or another quiet activity if they finish early.

! Bring his/her own water bottle and snack.
