Family ID #: I will kmail this to you (let me know if you need it)

 

Please write this number down and have it easily accessible.  You will use it often this year and will need it for logging your PE attendance, completing school required surveys, finding outings, etc. at CAVAParent.

-Your user name will be your CAVA issued family ID#

-Password is a combination of the first 4 letters of the student’s last name and the last 2 digits of your phone #.

(If you need your password, please let me know.)

 

For example:

Family ID#- 12345

Password- Loui67

 

Please try your username and password at this time so we can be sure it is working.  Then please complete the 3 surveys/agreements today.  They should only take about 5 minutes!
