Good morning and happy day off!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Holiday (for those that celebrate)! Although you are not required to work today, I just wanted to send you a little reminder as to where progress should be for those that started on August 6th. For those that started after August 6th, please multiple the amount of weeks your student has been in school times 2 or 3%.
In addition, please be paying close attention to the Middle School Grading Scale as towards the end of the semester, students will have wanted to have completed 90% of their online schools in every subject in order to earn an A. That being said, Study Island plays a HUGE role in their grades as well. I have kmailed the students to inform them that this week would be a great time to get caught up on their blue ribbons as state testing starts April 9th (for those that are testing week 1 – please view Cava Parent for your child’s assignment). If your student has been blocked from a blue ribbon due to taking it and not mastering multiple times, please contact me so I can go in and delete these.
Please don’t forget that the Quarter 3 ended on Friday, March 29th and therefore, ALL PE LOGS for QUARTER 3 SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN UPDATED. I will be printing these out TODAY, APRIL 1st to list as “met” or “not met”.
