Please ensure that both you and your student are signing in assigned locations as well as dating the signature. All Spring ISMAs need to be signed and returned no later than January 15, 2013.

Yesterday, at our Middle School Student Government Meeting, speeches were given by students who would like to be elected for offices in our Student Council.

Hello CAVA Families,
The time has come. The “Three Week Study Island Challenge” has ended!
We had three weeks and three days before we hit the Winter Break! Our goal was to use the last three weeks to really rev-up our Study Island participation.
What: Earn ten Study Island Blue Ribbons
When: Between Monday, November 26th and the end of the day on Friday, December 14th
Why: Boost our class Study Island Blue Ribbons, increase your own Blue Ribbons toward being “On Target”, practice skills/standards in Study Island
If you earned ten blue ribbons during the challenge weeks, you will receive a prize in the mail during Winter Break!

Good morning Learning Coaches!
I just wanted to remind you that I will be out of the office today from 10:30 to 2pm as I will be attending our December outing to Modesto’s Funworks. I will be back in the office following the outing to return emails and phone calls.
I’m currently working on Spring ISMAs as they need to be signed by January 15, 2013. When you receive the ISMAs, please look over it and have both you and your student sign and date it. These ISMAs need to be signed and approved before your student can start Semester 2.
If you have not signed up for an appointment to meet with me to go over Quarter 2 work samples as well as power conference, please do so by today. If I do not hear back, I will go ahead and add you to the location near you and send you a confirmation.
Remember….keep working on your daily plan (including both online/offline assignments), Study Island, PE logs, and Additional Required Assignments (listed on your assignment sheet). I have attached the pacing guide and the meeting schedule for your convenience.
